● Led key streams of the implementation of Dynamics 365 FinOps within the Asia Pacific organisation. Streams led include Data Migration, Dimension & Hierarchy setup, Finance & Accounting process optimization (leveraging new tech)● Steered the operational implementation of Astute Payroll (internal & contractor payroll) for the business (incl. key pieces of business reporting)

● Analyzed Hudson’s Engagement Survey results and provided insights for each LOB and Corporate Function, highlighting strengths and identifying areas of improvement to drive engagement● Conducted APAC wide annual remuneration reviews ● Involved in a remuneration/ commission strategy project for the leaders in the front office business. ● Provided analysis and support on people data and trends, for regular leadership and board meetings● Developing negotiation skills to work with leaders & employees to drive various objectives, and service our people's needs

Creating reporting and providing business insights around team and individual performance, as well as driving customized reporting to the clients around Hudson ANZ

● My role involved creating efficiencies in how we audited our clients according to the standards, while understanding the businesses, their models and their strategies.● Audited large government clients such as Roads and Maritime Services, Department of Finance Services and Crown. I was also a part of the team that audited the Total State Sector accounts.● Managed audits including clients under Venues NSW, as well as other medium sized clients. Career highlight: Auditing the Sydney Cricket Ground Trust, while being located next to my beloved Sydney Roosters offices!
