This includes requirements for design, development, and release of products, qualification, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.

Performed role of Design Reliability Engineer for Falcon and Dragon Avionics. Responsible for extending the qualification and certification of Falcon from 10 flights to 15 and Dragon 2 from 5 flights to 10.Worked on avionics system design and instrumentation for Super Heavy Booster and Starship. Responsbile for all engineering instrumentation including aerothermal re-entry sensor suite for Starship.

Technical and team lead for Dragon Instrumentation group which owned design, qualification, and integration of sensors for Dragon 1 and Dragon 2 flight vehicles and test articles. Responsible for Dragon 1 reuse certification and Dragon 2 instrumentation from conceptual design through Pad Abort, first flight, and first reuse.

Design, build, and test instrumentation systems for launch vehicles and spacecraft. Responsible for design, test, and implementation of landing leg sensor suite for initial landing attempts through first reuse.

Continued a project I was working on over the school year to characterize the sensitivity of photodiodes used in pump-probe experiments at SLAC to small fluctuations in beam position and intensity. Current jitter is on the order of 250 femtoseconds. By tracking fluctuations in the beam's quality and using these to normalize the data, the goal is to reduce the jitter to 50 fs.
