Work to perform characterization, I-V analysis, and mobility extraction on AlGaN/GaN HEMT devices. Work done through the use of on wafer probe station, and multiple device parameter analyzers (HP 4156C, Keysight B1500A). Programmed control software in MATLAB to utilize HP 4142B modular DC Source/Monitor.

Work to keep TTU ECE department stockroom organized and up to date. Assist Project Lab students in acquiring project materials, or recommendations on materials for specific solutions.
