As a Managing Director at Newmark, I assist national and local retailers with their real estate needs, from site selection and market strategies to leasing and sales. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, I have a deep knowledge of the retail and commercial real estate markets in Wisconsin and beyond, and I leverage Geographic Information Systems (GIS), demographics, and data analysis to provide optimal solutions for my clients.I am also a Founder of my own real estate investment company, where I focus on active ownership of retail and industrial properties and passive investment in diverse assets, including multifamily, self storage, and mobile home communities. Additionally, I serve as a Board Member and President Elect at CARW - Commercial Association of REALTORS Wisconsin, where I advocate for the interests and values of the commercial real estate community in the region.
