Day to day guidance in the RF operations environment of a Wireless ISP. RF Design and implementation of Australia's 1st commercial wireless ISP. Also assisted with deployment, commissioning and operational acceptance of the network. Participated in defining Help desk processes and content. Key contributor in building company revenues of greater than $10 million in the first 4 years and sustaining revenue greater than $15.

Designing medium to high power amplifiers and integrating them into wireless data communications systems. System level analysis, design for manufacturing, and cost analysis were major components of the role. Originally enlisted to finish the hardware design and integration of the power amplifier into its wireless broadband data system, I later moved to.

Design of variable gain microwave amplifiers, microwave power amplifiers, and similar equipment. My proudest achievement was assisting with the design and delivery, to Raytheon E-Systems, of the receiver components (LNA's, mixers, and hybrid combiners) for the STS-99, Radar Topography, space shuttle mission.
