I lead a team of field-based managers in the delivery, at a regional level, of network transformation activity as defined by the Network Transformation Programme. A key critical senior field role. I was responsible for a defined geographical area & the delivery of their allocated target from the 4000 Main Post Office branches and 2000 Post Office Local branches to be delivered over the four year duration of the Network Transformation Programme. Responsible for both internal and external stakeholder engagement at a regional level I also have an active role in the external stakeholder environment during the nationally agreed consultation process.

Reporting to Regional Manager, key accountabilities include;•Overall responsibility for sales and operational performance of 25 large Crown Post Office branches across South Region, circa 300 employees.•Lead Managers and teams through cultural, procedural and financial business change.•Deliver sales targets and service level objectives in line with company expectations and standards.•Manage branch policies and procedures, Audit, H&S, Losses and Gains and Financial Conduct Authority compliance.•Manage all costs to budget, develop and introduce cluster management structure to support improved operational delivery. •Train and facilitate the adoption of ‘Interdependent’ behaviours by Branch Managers and teams

Reporting to Head of Government Services, key accountabilities include;•Explore new opportunities within local government for new communications proposition•Design and develop pilot for delivery•Produce sales collateral for field sales team•Canvass opinion and research proposition within national and local government•Develop national sales pipeline

Reporting to Head of Sales, key accountabilities included;•Development of detailed sales strategies•Identification of sales capability gaps and specification of appropriate sales training and coaching•Design training programmes•Ensure marketing campaigns are properly specified and designed •Ensure multiple partner training teams are properly briefed and skilled
