Kevin Simmons' practice includes general liability, commercial litigation, labor and employment and product liability defense. He began his legal career at Davis Polk & Wardwell. He served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Simmons litigates extensively in the federal courts.
