 Provide a final level of review for loans that have been determined by outside consultants to have caused financial harm to borrowers being reviewed in the foreclosure look back process. Validate findings provided by consultant firm and prepare a clear, concise, and factual standardized submission to ensure accountability for injury and remedy. Analyze data to determine whether to provide additional information that may affect or change the remediation profile established by the OCC Provide QA reviews of foreclosed loans, evaluate whether or not they were processed in accordance with HAMP, Proprietary Modification or other applicable program guidelines and requirements Provide recommendation whether or not any errors, misrepresentations or other deficiencies that may be identified in the review.
