Actively manages the cost, schedule, and performance and concurrent life cycle management during development, production, and fielding of these programs. Actively interfaces with multiple external organizations, agencies, industry partners, and Soldiers to optimize the capability delivered to the fighting force.

Communication Officer of a 496-man combat ready Special Forces Battalion consisting of three Special Forces Companies and one Headquarters and Forward Support Company. Responsible for all matters concerning signal preparation, automation management, network operations, and information security. Provides oversight of training and employment of the Battalion Signal Detachment in garrison and as the Signal Center Director when deployed. Responsible for developing and implementing the operational communications plan, managing the use of information network services, and recommending the signal support priorities for Battalion operations. Supervises the development, procurement, and implementation of commercial off the shelf equipment in support of Unconventional Warfare operations and a rapidly changing technological environment.
