It Service Desk Analyst
Current- Resolving IT issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and other general troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting and proactively ensuring that video conferences/meetings (mainly Microsoft Teams and Zoom) in meeting rooms are running smoothly
- Monitoring Veeam backups and reporting/resolving any issues that arise, and retrieving files from backups if required.
- Managing employee access to confidential files and folders on servers and document management systems (iManage)
