Works directly for Senior Project Management and Senior Designers to coordinate and direct a team responsible for the production of contract documents for high rise apartment and condomium towers which maintain the Designer's vision, yet are buildable using standard construction methods. Roles and responsibilities include code research and compliance, site planning, space planning, construction documentation and specification, materials and component/cladding evaluation and intergation, accessible and sustainable design, consultant and building official coordination, construction administration, field reports, pay applications and project close-out. Projects include a 21 floor luxury apartment tower in Houston currently under construction and a 28 floor luxury condo tower in the DFW area which is due to start construction this fall. Additionally, I work closely with vendors, consultants and contractors to stay up to date on the latest building systems and construction processes.

Worked directly with Senior Associates to design, produce contract documents and ensure successful completion of a broad range of building types. Roles and responsibilities varied per project and have involved code research, site planning, space planning, construction documentation and specification, materials and component selection, accessible and sustainable design, consultant coordination, construction administration, field reports, pay applications and project close-out. Projects included five freestanding branch banks, two industrial tilt-wall warehouses, two three-story speculative office buildings and several condominium towers. Additionally, worked closely with specifiers, consultants and contractors to broaden knowledge of building systems and construction processes.

Rural Relief will be a not for profit online service intended to aid and grow various charitable organizations through outreach, logistics and networking. This will occur at a local level and will facilitate regional communities to help themselves. The potential to help millions of people is very exciting. I have taught myself HTML5 and have created the primary website pages. Project Manager as part of a team responsible for the design of a new 669,000 sq. ft. LEED Silver Terminal B at Sacramento International Airport http://www.bigbuild.org/photo-media-gallery/design-overview/artist-renderings. Primary responsibilities included design and detailing of building components including metal composite panel systems, long-span escalators, roof overhang framing and precast façade elements. Concurrently worked closely with American Airlines facilities management on the repair and renovation of their corporate facilities. These projects ranged from the installation of new revolving door entrances at American's main headquarters to the identification and repair of multiple roof leaks at an aircraft hanger.

Provided technical design solutions to high-end interior design projects. This included review for code compliance, designing for accessibility, cabinetry and millwork design/detailing and complex wall and ceiling framing assemblies. Regarded as a source of technical and detail oriented design solutions was routinely consulted by fellow employees for assistance.
