Coordinates all resources in the production process to ensure productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Responsible for the execution of the production schedule to ensure the company meets customer deadlines for all areas of production. Responsible for the equipment, shop supplies and toolsneeded for production, building maintenance and repair, efficient flow of materials and processes,maintaining appropriate staffing levels, managing, and training the production team, meeting keyperformance metrics and acting as liaison for the production department and the leadership team whileensuring all safety protocols are enforced.
