Additional responsibilities included developing strategic partner relationships, joint venture development and transaction oversight. Worked with international government agencies and regional healthcare providers and institutions.Prepared and filed brief that helped reverse the United Kingdom Competition Commission's initial ruling on private ownership in hospitals and other similar healthcare providers as being anti-competitive.
