Designed as a 1 year contract position to gain marketing experience alongside the Urology (Mybetriq) product manager to help implement the current brand plan to internal and external stakeholders during sales meetings and advisory boards, develop marketing tools, execute industry educational conferences, and to participate in the future brand planning process.Due to internal circumstances, acted as Product Manager for the first 6 months, coordinating marketing efforts during 8 formulary inclusions throughout Canada, a Product monograph change, initiated future brand planning while executing current Myrbetriq brand plan, onboarding and sales training during regional and national meetings.

Promoted to Specialist Representative in 2003 working with 4-6 primary care representatives to develop and maintain Key Opinion Leader support in sales and CHE activities within each respective territory.
