With over 30 years of work experience in the fields of Aerospace electronic systems, I am a seasoned and versatile Executive Vice President of the Engineering and Programs Business Unit at QuinStar Technology. My core competencies include strategic planning, customer relationship management, program execution, risk management, engineering and operations. I am passionate about delivering innovative and effective solutions that enhance the security and performance of our nation and our allies. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having served as a Cryptologic Warfare Officer in the US Navy for three decades, and having earned a MS in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School.In my current role, I lead the engineering and program business unit activities that provides advanced technology and services for critical Aerospace and Military missions. I am responsible for overseeing the entire product life cycle, from concept development, to proposal generation, to contract execution, to delivery and sustainment. I leverage my skills in business reviews, sensitive issues, and customer relationship management to ensure that we meet or exceed the expectations and requirements of our clients. I also collaborate with other business units, partners, and stakeholders to identify and pursue new opportunities and markets.
