Based on this approach, helped increase our win rate from less than 30% to 89%.• Drove target identification, architected business development strategy and formulated resource allocation to capture $475M NASA Electrical Systems Engineering Support Contract.• Captured critical National Security Space contract, supporting the Navy, Research and Intelligence Community.

Accomplishments:• Architected and implemented strategy to penetrate Navy market for ASRC Research and Technology Solutions by aligning core capabilities and focusing on two core customers: NAVAIR and SPAWAR. These efforts resulted in 15 proposal efforts within the first year and a 67% win rate.

Held various positions during my tenure, beginning as a business development lead for C2 software and culminating in leading all BD activities for C2 software, M&S solutions and opening IT services marketAccomplishments:• Led capture effort for $60M command and control software application. This effort led to convincing the US Navy to install this same application as core collaborative tool in every Maritime Operations Center, as well as international sales to 3 countries.• Developed strategic business development plan of new business unit within Raytheon to address IT mission services in adjacent markets, realizing projected bookings of $100M in first 5 years.• Established and promoted first-ever international program for distributed networked LVC simulation  Led integrated product team that formulated capture opportunities for 10 countries  Maximized efficient implementation of simulation technology to meet training needs and operational requirements Opened new strategic markets for distributed communication and simulation tools
