Leading a strong team of developers, project managers, and managers to integrate Motion and trading partner systems via EDI and XML. Our team specializes in a variety of technologies to meet the integration requirements of our partners, including X12, cXML, xCBL, OAGIS, and proprietary XML formats. Our goal is to provide a stable, scalable, and responsive environment through which Motion and its trading partners can seamlessly do business. Other areas of accountability include Motion's mobile platform (Which is expanding the reach of our back-office systems directly to the field. This enables sales professionals to have greater clarity related to account information, supply chains, and sales performance.), Master data management (Which supports the foundational data, upon which all transactions rely.), select back office applications, and Motion's talent development program for recruiting, selecting, and growing interns and entry level team members.
