PHILOSOPHY As an educator my personal endeavour is to achieve excellence through perseverance and hard work. I provide students with a range of strategies that are based on sound educational research and good practice. Where possible I integrate curriculum with technology to present a dynamic multimedia environment that caters for individual difference. I have a broad experience, sound knowledge of outcomes-based education and utilise an eclectic approach to teaching. I strive to provide individual learners with an environment that enables them to gather knowledge through utilising technology and their preferred learning styles. As a leader I strive to utilise my interpersonal communication skills, personal attributes and knowledge and skills in education and technology to build relationships, earn trust and respect, establish a shared vision and lead by example.
