Individual Member Sales - Worked with multiple web vendors and internal customers to create, test, and maintain broker-assisted and direct-to-consumer health insurance web sites. Tracked all results in JIRA and Quality Center applications. Wrote business requirements, test plans, tested through the projects’ lifecycles and was a daily liaison to the business users for bug fixes and enhancements. Created multiple data-matching processes in Microsoft Access to validate data and keep the systems in synch.
