Developed and managed the organization training and professional development plan and programs earning the award of best battalion in the 16th Engineer Brigade while deployed in Iraq.

Integrated Infantry Assault Pioneer training, current anti-personnel landmine and landmine protocol policy into relevant mine warfare subjects. Developed input to New Equipment Training Plans; new Tactics, Techniques and Procedures; and provided input to tests and evaluations and Materiel Fielding Plans.
