• Responsible for the overall business development, sales and VAR operations in China (Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taiwan) Based in Shanghai for 4 years.
• Plan, review and implement annual business plan and monitor progress against plans to ensure that business objectives are achieved
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on developments within the industry, policies and compliance with all statutory rules and regulations.
• Establish good rapport and links with major customers, relevant government agencies and depts., key decision maker and stakeholders and ensure close network
• Prepare and monitor of annual budget and ensure that targets are met
• Develop and maintain an effective strategy to promote sales of products and services and to secure effective contract terms.

• Plan and oversee execution of marketing campaigns to achieve set targets
• Organising marketing activities consisting of roadshows, seminars and monthly promotion
• Build alternate revenue source by means of establishing strategic business alliance with leading organization
• Collate and analyse marketing data and competitors’ activities in order to strategize marketing plan
• Formulating development strategies with objective of strengthening local market presence and increase market share
• Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and prepare for yearly budgeting requirements to achieve the desired level of awareness
