• Direct and supervise a team of over 30 employees and continuously train new staff• Address and resolve all client inquiries over the phone and in-person in a personable manner• Conduct regular follow-up interviews with parents and update them on their child's academic progress• Pitch and sell the program to potential clients • Recruit and interview potential employees who fit company expectations• Identify the specific needs of over 600 students and customizing program plans accordingly• Coordinate with Lead Instructor to determine and implement new practices and policies in an effort to improve both learning and work environment• Generate month end reports using CMS to present to Head Office

• Assist students of all grade levels in mathematics and English•Evaluate students' academic progress and communicate with parents to better fit the needs of students• Grade students’ class work and homework accurately and in a timely manner• Implement interesting and interactive learning strategies to increase students’ understanding of course materials
