I serve as the VP of Organization Development for INSP Network. INSP is a Top 10 Media & Entertainment Network that reaches more than 50 million households each month with timeless classics and original content. The Organizational Development team supports the growth and development of more than 250 employees through programs such as our internal University (Inspire University), Leadership Coaching, Mentorships, Employee Resource Groups, Team-building, etc. Additionally, the OD team is tasked with organizational strategy in the areas of succession planning, strategic planning, and Executive Coaching. As Vice President of Organizational Development, I have the opportunity to ensure each of our employees have the opportunity to realize, and reach, their full potential while moving our organization forward in a sustainable way.
