In charge of complete operations of facility and personnel.Daily buisness overseeing and accountability to the President of the Board of Directors on an as needed basis,train(as necessary), and supervise all personnel, attend monthly board meetings,.monthly financial report prepararation,review/inventory and order required stock,pay on all accounts to include payroll.Overall facility manager overseeing all facility improvements( a most recent renovation of complete facility( initiated 8 Aug. 2011) requiring daily coordination --time period 6 months with ongoing complete but at times limited , normal operation of business entity.---Rennovation was completed and all normal operations resumed eff. 18 Feb. 2012.

Initiated a new marketing plan to facilitate an increased customer base. Maintained existing customer base,coordinated w/fleet sales team on their sales goals vs. team quotas, closed sales transactions for myself and the rest of the team as necessary, reviewed stock and incoming stock, coordinated w/ other dealerships to arrange dealer trades, coordinated w/ gen. mgr. on fleet sales overall status, gave training seminars to incorporate professional team/dealership reputation( CSI-customer service indexes ) and production projections.
