Performed investigations on lost and damaged secure communications equipment in accordance with US Army and National Security Agency guidelines and procedures.Conducted and supervised the modification, trouble shooting, and repair of approximately 120 R.A.T.T. (Radio and Teletype) systems for the 9th Infantry Division, Fort Lewis, WA following National Security Agency guidelines and procedures.Designed and implemented a back to back test system for a new piece of secure radio equipment.
