- Ensure compliance of facilities in Philadelphia County as large as complex Title V sources with Local, State and Federal emission regulations.- Responsible for all enforcement at Sunoco, Inc - Philadelphia Refinery.- Review submitted reports and emission inventories from facilities for compliance.- Create compliance monitoring reports for Title V, Synthetic Minor, and Natural Minor sources.- Complete on-site partial compliance inspections of facilities such as manufacturing companies, universities, hospitals, printing facilities and chemical companies.- Monitor facilities for compliance with noise and vibration regulations based on community complaints.- Issue violations for noncompliance.- Review and issue Plan Approvals and City Instillation Permit Applications including New Source Review/Prevention of Significant Deterioration.- Perform conformance inspections of minor facilities with recently issued Plan Approvals and Instillation Permits.-Assist in the development of new local source regulations.

Handle multiple bid proposals for Sundyne pumps and manage projects shipping from Korea. Developed bid proposals and followed international projects.

Coordinated the manufacture, shipping and installation of reverse osmosis and deaeration systems. Ensuring the projects were completed on time and on budget in accordance with the bid.
