Audit and Assurance

 Preparation and submission of the annual and revised budgets to the board. Managing monthly billing and collection cycle, coordinating inputs from across the company and ensuring that maximum amount of billable revenues are collected. Legal and regulatory services including negotiations of interconnectivity contracts and settlements, equipment supply agreements, and compliance with applicable laws. Management of relationship with foreign administration and international telecommunication agencies including negotiation of account settlement rates and competitive service terms with different foreign administrations. Financial, accounting and information management and planning services, including treasury management, external financing. Cash flow management including receivables and payables.  Formulations of financial programs, cost accounting, preparation of business plan and budgeting and payroll accounting. Preparing and submitting to the CEO a monthly report describing in details the achievements of the company in relative to the performance requirements. Reporting information including but not limited to policies, practices, procedures, supervision, best practices and processes as required to ensure the timely and accurate measurement of performance
