Product licensing company stichd has begun a new chapter on July 1, 2019, combining three companies (Dobotex, Dobologic & Branded) into one to build on decades of experience in designing and creating the highest quality bodywear, legwear, swimwear and fanwear for some of the world’s leading brands.

- Creating the total collection package in collaboration with planning, design and product development- Organizing and clustering of pre buys in the various regions (EU North, EU South, US, Outlet Ecomm and Multi Consignment) - Responsible for determing QTM (close to market) styles on the basis of budgets and options- In season management in collaboration with planning and allocation- Setting up range plans, category matrices and competitor analyzes- Leading three category buyers - Responsible for the Mens package

- Budget monitoring- Stock control- Arranging goods package on the basis of the purchase strategy- Analyzing KPIs (Turnover index, NOOS %, transaction index, BS size, BS Qty, Return iV%, MD iV, GM%, Stock EOH index, ROST, sales iV m2- NOOS strategy control- Letting goods flow together with the marketing calendar- Working together with VM team to secure the presentation in stores- Switch from OTB to express collections

- Responsible for a package of Key Accounts (Wehkamp, Van Tilburg, Berden, V&D, Leads, Zwijnenburg and more)- Building cooperationships and achieving goals together- Responsible for achieving budgeted budgets

- Preparing pre buys on the basis of trends and budgets- Present this package to the partners and finalyze where needed- Weekly analysis of the total results on country and shop level- Looked at all KPIs ( turnover, GM, sell through, stock levels etc...)- Analyze gaps in the categories/months and react on express styles- Intensive in season sparring with the partners created positive results
