I improved accuracy of orders picked and shipped by labeling items with correct SKU numbers, thus increasing business the following year from that vendor. o I uncovered and solved shipping problems for a wholesale materials company we dealt with to manage customer complaints by researching the problem and identifying mislabeled freight. After fixing the issue, we eliminated future mistakes.
