Kevin is currently working as a Program Manager and Scrum Master for a large healthcare services company aiming to improve their sales incentive compensation system through platform-based reengineering.Previously, Kevin has worked in a project management role in the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care's effort to redesign their background records check system. In this role, Kevin approached organizational change management from a customer experience perspective to develop solutions for the correlating business problems. Additionally, he led the design and implementation of a supporting, commonwealth-wide, training program and worked closely with the client contact center to develop a comprehensive knowledge base to support the efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
