Manage all construction projects in the South Dayton area from every facet of the process while adhering to strict deadlines and budgetary constraints. Oversee the engineering, invoicing, material procurement, construction and closing of these projects under limited supervision. Aggressively manage project crews to complete work in a timely manner which enabled a quick unitization of material and closeout of the project. Work daily with general foreman to effectively problem solve and ensure each project is being completed safely and efficiently. Communicate with senior leadership on project budgets, timelines, procurement and construction progress. Communicate directly with customers about scheduling, project status and addressed any complaints in a straightforward manner. Have constant contact with other utilities or any other project stakeholders to ensure efficient coordination and project completion. Managed a department of 12 individuals, made up of both union and contract employees, implementing a department structure of safety, efficiency and accountability.

Communicated with DP&L upper management personnel in order to make important company decisions such as staffing, logistics, business processes and customer relations. Handled communication with media outlets as well as police and fire departments from 24 counties. Managed team of employees through planned and unplanned exercises to evaluate the execution of response protocols.

Played 4 years of competitive basketball at collegiate and professional level. Volunteered at a number of European basketball clinics. Taught young athlete's basic fundamentals while trying to explain the importance of a strong work ethic. Positively communicated with numerous media outlets and fans while in Europe. Managed finances and a hectic professional schedule in several foreign countries.
