Lead overall product strategy for distributed antenna system (DAS), software and small cell product lines. Responsible for identifying growth opportunities in the Wireless, Wireline, IoT and software defined radio (SDR) sectors. Provided guidance and oversight to long and short term product roadmaps, performed market analysis on existing and growing RF/telecommunication trends, and created messaging standards for internal product specifications as well as documentation. Key in planning product rollouts, product sales strategies, and identifying potential market segments.

Managed technical and support teams that serviced Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and other large government accounts. Responsible for company revenue and growth of 50% due to successful implementation of company processes, internal IT systems and identifying customer technological needs. Provided vision and direction for engineering team.

Designed RF distribution systems using tools like iBwave, link budget calculators and other RF modeling tools, created cost estimates and proposals, project implementation timelines and coordinated man-power efforts for each project. Provided technical support to field staff and project managers. Collaborated with wireless performance engineers to optimize DAS networks to meet performance specifications and KPIs.

Commissioned distributed antenna systems (DAS). Performed site surveys for wireless service providers (WSP) to determine scope of needed in building wireless solutions. Responsible for extensive troubleshooting of DAS, BTS and BDA distribution systems. Provided on-site project (PM) and construction management (CM) to telecommunication installation projects. Became seasoned using Commscope, Corning MobileAccess, SOLiD, TE, JMA and ADRF product sets, spectrum analyzers, CW generators, optical power meters and other RF products, tools and equipment.

Primary interface to our customers for our software developers. Worked with customers directly to gather system requirements, debug system errors and identify potential system enhancements. Maintained web based applications for small to medium size businesses. Created customer workflows, use cases and created software development plans for software developers.
