 Over 15 years mechanical design experience, and the products including printer, projector, RPTV, thermostat, cell phone, blue teeth products, digital camera, timer and so on; and co-ordinate ME,EE, S/W and H/W to work together to get the project success; 8 years design and project management experience, have more experience on products transferring from abroad, and also have design team build experience;  Be familiar with plastic material properties and some sheet metal properties; Master more knowledge on tooling design and fabrication process; Be familiar with the supplier audit process and its quality control performance;  Speak a good English in daily work, and have abroad business trip experience; Had passed the PMP examination and got the PMP certification already.Specialties: Project management
