- Build and lead regulation team and fully responsible for regulatory requirements input and compliance check during the whol product develoment process.- New market regulation and certification study. And support on new technology regulatory feasibility study- Track new policies and regulations, and participate in national and international regulation workgroups and standards drafting. - 3rd party evaluation (CCRT, I-vista, etc) tracking and communication. - Unique engineering requirements information collecting and unique engineering requirements identification for new markets

- Lead E-powertrain Regulation and Certification team and fully responsible for part certification of battery system, E-drive system, VCU, and charging system.- Track new policies and regulations for BEV, and participate in national/international regulation workgroups and standards drafting.- Responsible to EP enterprise standard framework, identify standard needs and organize standard drating, review and release.- Responsible to build up EP benchmark capability and database.- Customer usage analysis for components design life target setting or VAVE opportunity seeking.- Responsible for issue management in E-powertrain department.
