update and adjust stock levels - training staff on warehouse operations -Health and Safety - Recieving - collation off customers orders - investigate packing errors - set up systems to monitor packing errors - despatch by company transport, couriers or by post and collection by sales reps - setting up and monitoring daily production plan

Looking at ways in which to speed up production run's - to remove down time by ways off training help and support - this was a stand alone role reporting directly to the shift manageto help in reducing running cost and to increasing daily output

Production off hot fill Liquid products - Packing - Despensing and replenishing raw materials - warehouse duties - recieving despach and location off finished goods

Control off all wearehouse activities - goods in - goods out - stock rotation and identification - staff training - introduction of NVQ Qualifications for staff - product identification, software and gifts and gadgets - establishing a correct code of practice in warehouse operations - despatch off finished stock by post courier or other - address promotianal material for trade shows - reduction in product losses to maximise proffits

Ordering parts to meet customers demands - expediting orders and materials, setting up internal assembly plan for production

Ordering packing material in line with master plan - expediting materials in line with production plan - external visits to suppliers - adjusting master plan- attending and running planning meetings - working closerly with other departments - planning, production, mainternance, agancys for additional staffing

Recieving Raw and packing materials - setting up for production - packing - despatch off finished stock to external warehousing
