I have worked for various small to large companies that needed short term to long term project management and information technology implementations and upgrades. I opened my business in the summer of 1998 in Van Buren Arkansas and grew it to over 80 clients within two years. Clients such as home PC users, bridal shops, jewelry chains, lawyers, nursing homes and architects. This was a very challenging position as I was responsible for many different companies IT related needs. This provided me with experience that cannot be learned in any education establishment or any printed book.

My career as an IT Manager has lead me down many paths, my job with Wirtgen America started as a single NT server managing approx 80 employees. Fast forward almost seven years later and an additional 140 employees and I am managing the day to day operations and long term project scheduling of all IT projects and management requests. I work with many different technologies including Cisco, Dell, Wyse, Kemp, Avaya, Engenius, Tandberg, Sony, LG, and Pelco on the hardware side and software I rely upon Microsoft, VMware vSphere and View, Veeam, Symantec, Vircom, Solarwinds and various third party software and hardware manufactures. I coordinate our help desk efforts and manage and train new hires. I organize and keep track of over 5,000 different hardware devices and ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest software and maintenance in addition I monitor over 2,500 different services and processes. I ensure that network communications are always up including internal and external network sources, exchange servers and phone systems. I monitor and support our MPLS network connections to our business system SAP hosted overseas. I manage the configuration, changes to and software updates to our phone system. I establish IT polices that establish healthy guidelines for various topics including proper use of assigned IT assets, network security, quotas, processes and defines the help desk response and level of support. I communicate with top level management about IT projects and problems to ensure management is aware of the current state and functionality of their employees systems.

I was a member of a panel of residents that assisted other residents and the HOA management company resolve disputes, concerns and projects. I monitored the HOA's finances and ensured that residents were correctly paying their dues.
