Co-Owned with two partners Kohltech International Limited, trading under the brand names of Peter Kohler Windows & Entrance Systems (Formerly Kohler Windows) in Atlantic Canada and Kohltech Windows & Entrance Systems in the remainder of North America. During my tenure, Kohltech remained a highly successful manufacturer of Windows and Doors with Manufacturing Facilities and Sales Offices based in Debert Nova Scotia and Edmonton Alberta Canada. In July of 2012 I successfully sold 100% of my Equal Ownership position and resigned all positions with the company. I enjoyed an extremely successful and rewarding 20+ years of leading the sales growth and business development of the company. Responsibilities included Executive Analysis of all facets and reporting of the company, Supervision and Development of Director of Sales Personnel and Marketing Manager and their teams of Territory Managers throughout Canada, and also the Relationship Management of an Agency Firm and their team of Sales Specialists in the United States. Also responsible for Business Development and Brand Development throughout Canada and the Eastern United States, Development of Strategy, Design, and Implementation of all Marketing Materials, Advertising and Media Campaigns, and Website Design. When I arrived at Kohler Windows in 1992 I joined Peter Kohler, the founder, as a Sales Professional in a very small locally focused company. Many years later I am proud to have left behind a very different company, departing as an Owner and Senior Executive of a business that through multiple expansions has developed and grown into a very large, successful, professional and diverse company with multiple brands trading Nationally and Internationally.
