• Oversaw PC Migration for the City of Winston-Salem.• Responsible for upgrading and migrating 350 workstations.• Worked with approximately 150 applications (i.e. GroupWise, Novell Client).

• PC Migration for Cigna from Windows NT to XP for over 119 + workstations.• Participated in 200+ site survey and serviced hardware and software needs for 1500 + computers within RBC Centura banking locations.
