(Shanghai) Ltd.As the General Manager*Set up of the plant: negotiation and coordination on the investment and early capital expenditure budge and plan; JV registration and BD strategy discussion with shareholders; negotiation with authority for business license, etc.*Early involvement of new investment project and plant layout arrangement, plan and schedule for the transferring of facilities and equipment; O-chart and organization plan, interview for recruitment of management team, etc.*Financial review and control: make the annual financial target and budget together with CFO, and get it approved from Board Meeting based on the communication with members of Board Meeting; check and review financial status and make decisions accordingly to keep cash flow and budget in good condition and under control *Sales strategy making: plan and schedule for business development and operationaltarget according to target and decision from board meeting; and accordingly, make the marketing and sales plan together with the sales managers*Take in charge of the implementation of Lean System, 6-Sigma, 5S, Kanban System, ERP system, etc.based on the global operating strategy and business system of Eaton. *Manufacturing operation: according to business plan, combined the order status, organize and review manufacturing status and coordinate the problemssolving (manufacturing process problems, material problems, quality problemsand cost reduction issues)*TS 16949 and ISO 14001 system: according to group plan and schedule, make plan and take in charge of the system certification project activities so that the target of final certification can be achieved on time *新项目投资规划及实施管理*工厂日常运营管理
