Directly manages a group of 6 medical front desk staff responsible for interacting with all patients, including scheduling appointments, coordinating insurance and medical records, new patient intake, etc. Responsible for all hiring, training, and evaluation of front desk personnel. Ensures front desk staff keeps accurate records of incoming patients, including medical records and insurance. Ensures that all front desk staff provides a professional and friendly encounter with all patients and parents and resolves any major patient concerns, questions, and potential conflicts quickly and efficiently.
