I enjoy management and enjoy being the small cog in the wheel that brings success. I believe a leader first and foremost should be a coach and if you get the coaching correct everything else falls into place, ultimately it’s my duty to ensure the person sat next to me is not only ok but is able to reach their maximum potential in their working life. I love to build relationships internally and externally to ensure maximum satisfaction not only for myself but for the business and I believe customer service is the key to any success.The saying I agree with most in the world is we should all give work the best shot we have but ultimately take your job seriously but not yourself! I will always be proud of my involvement in managing a team winning a Gold award for Best Customer Experience Training Program at CXA 18 and equally the Silver Award for Best Change Management program 2018 at the Customer Service Excellence Awards and National Accident Helpline group manager of the year 2023. Outside of work I love St Helens Rugby League Club, Everton FC and Stockport County FC. I cannot stand accepting mediocrity and believe we should reach for the stars! Try and be the best you can be both inside and outside of work, it is what defines us.
