Current Project Analyst in the Finance/ Research & Development Dept at Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA) and graduate student at Penn State Univesity - Renewable Energy & Sustainability Systems (RESS) Program. As a student at Rutgers University (Class of 2011), I graduated with a BS in Environmental Sciences and was awarded the Rutgers University - Environmental Science Student of the Year. I held several internships, including AECOM (2010-2011), Rutgers Cooperative Agricultural Research of Atlantic County (2009-2010), and Adams, Rehmann and Heggan, Assoc. (2008). In 2011, I took a position with Geo-Cleanse International of Matawan, NJ. I completed several in-situ remediation projects, supervised teams both in the U.S. and overseas, and oversaw drilling and well installations. I am currently licensed with a 40-hr HAZWOPER, HAZWOPER Site Supervisor and CPR/First Aid Certifications; I was awarded for 50,000+ safe hours on a high-profile site in NJ. After becoming a Supervisor, I also worked on Health & Safety Plans, Site Plans/Layouts, Work Scopes/Plans and Post-Remediation Action Reports. In February 2015, I took the position as Project Analyst with Atlantic County Utilities Authority. My current job mixes research and development on renewable energy, wastewater, landfill and resiliency projects, and finance/economics within the authority. I have additionally worked with permitting and compliance activities in the wastewater sector. While with ACUA, I have become a member of SWANA, NJAEA, NJWEF and Jersey Water Works and have volunteered time in community outreach/education and cleanups as well. I have maintained my aforementioned certifications and completed the NACWA - CORE Growth 'Utility Leaders of the Future' course.
