• The Bridge Community Church is a church plant birthed by First Baptist Church of Clover to reach out to people in and around the Clover community who are unlikely to attend worship services at a traditional church.

• recruiting and training a core team of leaders to establish a worship service, small group ministry, and outreach ministry for our satellite campus and overseeing those leaders and ministries; and
• preaching, leadership training, and pastoral care for our satellite campus.May 2006 to April 2009, Minister of Education, Discipleship, & Evangelism: As Minister of Education, my primary responsibilities included:
• coordinating and resourcing the Sunday School, discipleship, and mission organization ministries of the church, including vision development and guidance in the enlistment, encouragement, and training of workers;
• working with the Senior Pastor in developing an overall vision for discipleship and outreach in the church and developing and overseeing the church’s discipleship processes; and
