As a Chief Partner Officer, I lead the commercial partner business for ASEAN region responsible for driving the growth strategy of Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices through our partners. We collaborate with a broad range of commercial partners including Global SIs, Global ISVs and services partners to enable digital transformation, business growth and profitability.Prior to this role, I was the managing director for Microsoft Singapore, I had the privilege of leading a team of talented individuals, responsible for driving growth strategies for all of Microsoft’s business in Singapore. In addition to growing the business, a key part of my charter is to create local opportunities, growth and lasting impact in Singapore through the application of digital technologies. I have served as a Board Member at Info-Communications Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA), and various chambers and associations including AmCham Singapore (Board of Governor), SICC (Board Member) and SGTech (2nd Vice Chairman & Councilor).Currently a Board of Advisor with X0PA.ai - an AI-enabled SaaS platform that supports objective hiring and maximises talent retention.
