Through building these relationships, I serve as a trusted philanthropic advisor, engaging and connecting donors to their passions throughout the University of Nebraska System so they accomplish impact that is meaningful to them. In my role, I am responsible for donor retention, upgrades, and major gift qualification. As I continue to grow relationships with our generous alumni and supporters, I partner with my colleagues across the Foundation to develop strategic next steps for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding the donors in my portfolio that provides the best personalized donor experience for each individual. For men's and women's basketball and women's volleyball home events, I completed gameday responsibilities in various roles, such as PA Spotter, PA announcer, haltime highlights creator, and on-court promotions coordinator to steward sponsorships and their activations. I also created and coordinated the marketing plan for the women’s field hockey team that grew average attendance by 30%+. Fortunately, the organization's largest event, the Cornhusker State Games went on as scheduled. We planned over 60 sporting events that cooperated with COVID guidelines and generated over 2,000 participants. I was responsible for handling over the phone registrations and with individually folding and mailing participant t-shirts. I would deliver requested equipment to events such as medals, medal stands, backdrops, water, lunches, and hand sanitizer pumps.
