Director Of Cybersecurity
CurrentDuties: Oversee security technology operations (e.g. computing, personal computers, storage, networks, ,third party vendors, business continuity, etc.) and evaluate them according to established goals Devise and establish IT security roadmap which includes policies and systems to support theimplementation of strategies set by executive management Develop, implement and manage security solutions to Key Performance Indicators as reflectedwithin SLO’s and SLAs as appropriate and required. Inspect the use of technological security software to ensure functionality and efficiency Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and present recommendations toexecutive management Deploy best practices in cyber security, risk management and compliance. Research and implement IT policies to increase data security, confidentiality, protection anddetection and recoverability protection. Vendor relationship management including patch management, contracts, budget for securityprograms data compromise Understand network architectures, process control networks, DMZ, firewalls in order to maintaina highly secure business operations network and implement appropriate cyber controls. Discover opportunities to leverage IT resources for innovation and efficiency. Provide a monthly cyber security status report regarding project updates, cyber threats in a green,yellow, red method of communication. Ensure properly trained staff including regular Phishing testing and employee training. Perform cyber security assessments, audits, penetration tests, change management, education, anddesktop reviews. This position also encompasses all essential job functions, supportive job functions, knowledge,skills and abilities, education and working conditions as assigned by the Chief InformationOfficer.
