I was initially taken on to manage and implement three environmental noise barrier contracts worth in excess of €5 million with works taking place in both Scotland and Ireland. On successful completion of these projects my role developed into estimating, procurement, project management and financial management of all project types within the company.Mulligan Fencing is one of the largest and most successful fencing sub contractors in the Irish construction industry and have a strong presence in the UK market. Concentration in particular is based on large civils projects. Road, rail and utilities. I have successfully completed and secured various prestigious contracts with the most successful construction companies in Ireland and Scotland. I contribute to the companies success and reputation as the go to sub contractor of choice for cost, quality and reliability.I implement careful cost plans,material and labour schedules and on site construction programmes to best utilise the companies resources in terms of labour, machinery and material outputs without ever compromising on the service delivered to our clients.I am currently working on the A8 Belfast to Larne dualling project, M8/M73/M74 Motorway Improvements , A31 Magherafelt Bypass, A26 Dualling Glarryford to A44 Drones Road Junction,Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route (AWPR), Inverness Western Link, N25 Dunkettle Interchange Improvement Scheme, N17N18 Gort to Tuam PPP Scheme, M11 Gorey to Enniscorthy PPP Scheme etc. I have negotiated final accounts and successful delivery on projects such as the M80 Stepps to Haggs, Fife ITS, M3 Clonee to Kells, M7/M8 Portlaoise JV, M7 Catletown to Nenagh, Shetland SGP, N5 Ballaghadereen Bypass, N11 Arklow to Rathnew, R132 Airport, Borders Railway etc.
