- Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness- Handle communication with clients, witnesses etc.- Administratively support trials- Locate and develop case relevant information- Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence- Answer and direct phone calls- Maintain contact lists- Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars

Greater San Diego Area

- Direct marketing in various income areas- Receiving and making daily customer service calls- Ongoing familiarization with product knowledge and communication to clients- Training an expansive direct marketing team in the aforementioned duties - Establishing a company culture to accommodate and assimilate new trainees

- Running various experiments on social cognition, most with hundreds of research subjects, drawing from a clear understanding of the literature and theory surrounding experimental procedures- Bi-weekly graduate school-style discussions on assigned research papers to bolster knowledge on pertinent subjects- Data entry (Microsoft Excel) and data analysis (MATLAB)- Designing and running experiments from the ground up- Managing documents such as consent forms while maintaining subject privacy and discretion- Co-authoring, editing, and proofreading papers to submit for publication
