Identified and designed a plan to open the ski resort which was closed for 8 plus years The process included some of the following. -Working with private investors on a financial plan.-Built a place of employment in a rural area.-Managing day to day projects including repairing the lodge and other buildings, repairing and certifying ski lifts (fix grip double chair) including the state inspections, snow removal operations, trail maintenance operations, snowmaking operations. -Purchasing of equipment and vehicles for mountain operations. -We opened the ski resort on March 5 2018 for 5 weekends of skiing after being closed for 8 years.

Worked 2nd shift snowmaking, managed 2nd and 3rd shift snowmaking operations, and now working 1 shift snowmaking and was a grooming operator
