Directly supervise and assist Service account managers and agents, and day-to-day office operations and procedures.Customer sales (when/if needed) and service of all personal lines insurance policies.Resolve all client concerns and issues, including escalated calls/clients.Review and recommend insurance coverages for current clients.Account round and cross-sell existing accounts.Deliver superior customer service while adhering to company guidelines and workflows.Delegate all Service tasks, calls, and appointments, etc to the Service Department Team.Service Agent “Go-To” for any issues the client and/or agent may be experiencing.
